- Fill in the Application Form (to be provided)
- Curriculum Vitae in English: Should include at least two (2) professional character references with valid contact information such as phone numbers and e-mail addresses.
- Passport/Government-Issued Photo ID: U.S. visa (if available). If you require a visa letter, please complete Steps 1 & 2.
- Step 1, Step 2CK and Step 3 Test Score Report: (if any, OPTIONAL) Please provide honest information regarding any history of failed attempts.
- Medical Diploma and Medical School Transcript (if any, OPTIONAL)
- Personal Statement (OPTIONAL)
- Send at least four (4) recent photos of you having fun with friends, colleagues, and family.
- VIDEO (Optional)
Requirement for the Green Excellence Award.
Using your mobile phone, provide a concise 2minute video with a short introduction about yourself, and answering:
- What are you most passionate about, and why?
- Can you describe a challenging experience and how you overcame it?
- What do you value most in your relationship with others?
Step 3:
G.E.A.
Evaluation
As soon as all essential requirements are submitted completely. Please wait 5-10 days for an e-mail response for the next steps.
USCE MATCH will evaluate every applicant for the Green Excellence Award, for individuals meeting the following criteria:
- Proven Academic Excellence (Impressive USMLE scores without any failed test attempts).
- Graduated within the last three (3) years from the time of application.
- Displayed leadership roles in medical or community-related activities.
- Engaged in impactful research and publications.
- Demonstrated Great Interpersonal Skills and Effective Communication (please submit a video).
Qualified G.E.A candidates can anticipate receiving a personalized discount offer ranging from $50 to $500 for select services.
The outcome of the Green Excellence Award is final and irrevocable; and we appreciate your understanding that further discussion regarding the decision is not necessary.

Step 5:
Submission of
Secondary Requirements
- Review and sign the Agreement Form. You will receive an e-mail with the payment instructions following our discussion.
- Non-Refundable Payments: All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable once processed.
- E-mail a screenshot of the completed payment transaction to confirm the preferred rotation date.
- Rescheduling is allowed for free up to 3 times. A fee of $49.00 per request will be charged for the 4th and subsequent requests. All rescheduling requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.
- You will need to have a workable U.S. mobile number
- Ensure timely submission of secondary requirements at least seven days before the start of your rotation:
- A Valid Medical Health Insurance or Travel Insurance
- Proof of Full payment of Services.
- Some clinical institutions might require additional paperwork/requirements.
- Immunization/Vaccination Records: Annual flu vaccine (if rotating October through April), COVID-19 Vaccine, Tdap, Vaccination/Td Booster, TB Status, Varicella (chickenpox), MMR (Measles, Mumps and Rubella), Hepatitis B
Failure to meet this deadline will incur an additional fee of $250.

We offer unlimited guaranteed assistance and guidance until the applicant successfully matches through our town hall events.
Step 7:

Maximize every opportunity during your USCE to enhance your clinical skills and strengthen your interpersonal and communication abilities. Make meaningful connections by networking whenever possible. Ensure you leave a lasting and positive impression on everyone to become eligible for our Residency Advocacy Campaign. Dedicate yourself to excellence; it will be the cornerstone for earning a personalized letter of recommendation.
Step 8:
Post-Rotation
Enthusiasm
Ensure the successful completion of the Post-Evaluation Form on your fourth week of the rotation, as it is a prerequisite for your Letter of Recommendation (LOR). Schedule your post-evaluation session to gather feedback from your preceptor. This session is facilitated by USCE MATCH.
Proactively maintain communication with both your attending and USCE MATCH regarding the progress of your LOR. The turn-around fulfillment of LOR is within 3-4 weeks upon making the request.
