STEP 2:
Submit
Essential Requirements

1. A Completed Application Form & a Signed Service Agreement.
(Form to be provided.)
2. Up-to-date Curriculum Vitae in English:
Applicants are encouraged to submit at least two (2) U.S.-based professional character references, with their valid phone numbers and e-mail addresses.
3. Valid Identification Document (Submit Both)
- Biographic Page from the Current Passport
-Copy of the US visa (exclude if American Citizen, and applicants may submit later if still applying)
4. USMLE Scores (if Available)
Include official score reports for USMLE Step 1, Step 2 CK and Step 3
5. Alternative Proof for #4:
(at least TWO required)
- Medical Diploma
- Signed Letter of Good Standing from Dean of Medicine
- Medical License or Proof of Registration
- Official Medical School of Transcript.
VIDEO (Optional)
Requirement for the Green Excellence Award.
Using your smartphone, submit a concise 2-minute video with a brief introduction and your answers to the following questions.
- What are you most passionate about, and why?
- Can you describe a challenging experience and how you overcame it?
- What do you value most in your relationship with others?

Evaluation

USCE MATCH will evaluate every applicant for the Green Excellence Award, for individuals meeting the following criteria:
- Proven Academic Excellence (Step 1 Passed on First Attempt, and Impressive Step 2 CK and Step 3 Scores).
- Graduated within the last three (3) years from the time of application.
- Displayed leadership roles in medical or community-related activities.
- Engaged in impactful research and publications.
- Demonstrated Great Interpersonal Skills and Effective Communication (please submit a video).
Qualified G.E.A candidates can anticipate receiving a personalized discount offer ranging from $50 to $500 on 4-week USCE services.
The outcome of the Green Excellence Award is conclusive and not subject to appeal.
Step 4:
Formalizing
Partnership
A. Get GEA Results
B. Confirm the Availability of the Schedule.
C. Select the Payment Method and Complete the Payment.
D. Reminder, as Outlined in the Signed Agreement, All Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable once processed.
E. Rotations may be rescheduled up to Three (3) Times at No Cost. A $ 49 fee applies for the fourth and additional requests. All requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
F. Issuance of Visa/Invitation Letter Upon Confirmation of the Rotation and Payment.

Step 5:
Submission of
Secondary Requirements
Items #1 to 3 must be submitted
no later than 7 days
before the rotation begins to
avoid a $ 250 late fee.

2. Share 3-5 photos of you having a great time with friends, family, or colleagues. We'd love to see you at your happiest!
3. Provide Documentation of Travel Health Insurance or a U.S. Health Insurance Plan (if applicable)

4. A valid U.S. mobile number is required.
5. Some clinical institutions might require additional paperwork/requirements.
- Immunization/Vaccination Records:
- Annual flu vaccine (if rotating October through April),
- Tdap, Vaccination/Td Booster, TB Status, Varicella (chickenpox), MMR (Measles, Mumps and Rubella), Hepatitis B
The first three required documents must be submitted at least 7 days before the start of the rotation.
Failure to do so will incur a $250 late fee.

Participate on
Town Hall Sessions
We offer unlimited guaranteed assistance and guidance until the applicant successfully matches through our town hall events.
Step 7:
Experience the
Transformative Power
Maximize your USCE by excelling in clinical skills, communication, and networking.
Stand out, build connections, and leave a positive impact to qualify for our Residency Advocacy Campaign and earn a strong LOR.
Step 8:
Post-Rotation
Enthusiasm
Complete the Post-Evaluation Form in your Fourth Week, as it is a prerequisite for your Letter of Recommendation (LOR).
Schedule your post-evaluation session to gather feedback from your preceptor. USCE MATCH facilitates this session.
Proactively communicate with both your attending and USCE MATCH regarding the progress of your LOR.
The turnaround time for fulfilling an LOR is within 3-4 weeks of making the request.
